4. Pricing and Quotes

5. Insurance and Liability
  1. All vehicles are insured during transit.
  2. LOADX is responsible for the safe handling and transport of vehicles while in our custody.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  2. Ensure all personal belongings are removed from the vehicle prior to transport.
  3. Follow instructions provided by LOADX personnel for pick-up and delivery.
7. Loading and Unloading
  1. Customers must sign a disclaimer prior to any loading or unloading of their vehicle.
  2. LOADX is not responsible for damages caused during loading or unloading unless covered under our insurance policy.
  3. Customers are required to provide detailed reports with proof, including photographs or documentation, in case of any damage.
  4. All reports should be emailed to LOADX so that we can process claims with our insurance provider efficiently.
8. Cancellations and Refunds

  2. Refunds will be processed in accordance with the payment method and cancellation policy.
9. Service Limitations
